She clearly documented what she needed and kept me looped into the project status. Heli has been assigned to a variety of projects this past month. She has owned each one of them so well. She is giving frequent status updates and is able to ‘keep the ball rolling’ so things keep getting done and projects can be closed. I love that behavior! It is reassuring to know that if Heli is assigned to a project, she is going to ask the right questions to get it done well, get it done on time, and give any feedback on how it went. Keep it up Heli!
